Our Students Set a New Benchmark in Silambam at Jacky’s Book of World Records!

Jacky’s Book of World Records recently organized an exhilarating two-hour continuous Silambam rotation competition, providing a grand stage for young martial artists to showcase their talent. The prestigious event was hosted by the Illya Veera Tamizhar Silambata Sangam at the SMHSS Ground in Sirkali, drawing immense participation and enthusiasm.

With over 300 dedicated participants, our students took on the challenge with unwavering focus and precision, demonstrating their mastery of the ancient Tamil martial art. Their relentless practice, discipline, and commitment to preserving this traditional skill led them to secure top positions, marking a significant achievement in the competition.

This remarkable feat not only etched their names in Jacky’s Book of World Records but also served as an inspiration for future generations of Silambam practitioners. Their hard work and dedication stand as a testament to the power of perseverance, reinforcing the importance of upholding our rich cultural heritage.

The event was more than just a competition—it was a celebration of Tamil martial arts, discipline, and excellence. Our correspondent, dignitaries, and proud mentors applauded the students’ efforts, acknowledging their outstanding performance and encouraging them to aim even higher.

As we celebrate this historic achievement, we take pride in our students for carrying forward the legacy of Silambam, proving that with passion and dedication, greatness is within reach.
