53rd Annual Day Celebration of Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Sirkali
The 53rd Annual Day Celebration of Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School (VMHSS), Sirkali was held with great grandeur and enthusiasm on 12th January 2026 at the OASIS Auditorium. The programme was specially organised for the students of Standards IX to XII (Boys) celebrating their academic excellence discipline and all-round development.
The event began with a warm Welcome Address by Mrs. Anitha Radhakrishnan Chairperson of the Vivekananda & Good Samaritan Group of Educational Institutions, Sirkali who graciously welcomed the dignitaries guests parents teachers and students.
The Annual Report was presented by Mr. P. Joshua Prabakarasingh Senior Principal VMHSS highlighting the school’s significant achievements in academics sports co-curricular activities and overall institutional growth during the academic year.
The programme was graced by the Chief Guest Dr. G. K. Dinakaran M.Sc. M.Phil. Ph.D. Scientist and Senior Scientific Officer Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Aquaculture (MPEDA Ministry of Commerce & Industry Government of India) whose esteemed presence added great dignity to the occasion.
The Chief Guest was formally honoured by Mr. K. V. Radhakrishnan Correspondent of the Vivekananda & Good Samaritan Group of Educational Institutions. This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony where students from Standards IX X XI and XII were recognised for their outstanding academic performance. Staff Awards for 100% results centum achievements and long-serving staff members were also presented in appreciation of their dedicated service.
The Presidential Address by Mr. K. V. Radhakrishnan Correspondent inspired the gathering with his visionary thoughts and motivating message encouraging students to strive for excellence and responsible citizenship.
The celebration concluded with a vibrant cultural programme featuring Music Drama Mime and Dance where students showcased their talents with enthusiasm and creativity. The memorable evening came to a dignified close with the singing of the National Anthem marking the successful completion of the 53rd Annual Day Celebration.
