EGS Pillay Group of Institutions is thrilled to have marked World Space Week 2023 with an exhilarating and educational event – the ISRO Space Expo. This extraordinary occasion took place on October 4, 2023, as an extraordinary collaboration with the eminent Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). It provided a platform for our students and dedicated science teachers to engage deeply with the mysteries and discoveries of space.
Empowering Minds with Innovative Techniques
Students from our school, along with our dedicated science staff, embarked on an enlightening journey at the ISRO Space Expo, where they delved into the latest frontiers of science and technology. The Expo featured an exploration of the remarkable achievements of India’s space missions, including Chandrayaan, Mangalyaan, and Aditya L-1. This immersive experience unveiled the captivating world of science, complete with humanoid robot components. Interacting with ISRO scientists provided invaluable insights, particularly in clarifying students’ queries about space sensors and actuators.
