Kindergarten Annual Day Celebration Unveils Talents at Vivekananda Matric. Hr. Sec. School

Amidst a kaleidoscope of colors, melodies, and remarkable achievements, Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Good Samaritan Nursery & Primary School recently hosted their Annual Day celebration for the students of Kindergarten at the prestigious Oasis Auditorium. Led by the administrators of the institutions, Mr. K.V. Radhakrishnan and Mrs. Anitha Radhakrishnan, along with Mr. P. Joshua Prabakarasingh, the Senior Principal of Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School, the event was a showcase of talent, creativity, and educational excellence.

The festivities began with a warm welcome address delivered by Mrs. B. Deepa Pillai, the Principal of Good Samaritan Nursery & Primary School, followed by an insightful Annual Report from Mrs. Vanathi, the coordinator of Kindergarten. Mrs. Saroja Damodharan, the Principal of Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School, introduced the esteemed Chief Guest, Mrs. Dhivya Nathan, a proud alumna of the school and a senior anchor at Kalaignar Seithigal. Mrs. Nathan delivered an inspiring speech about child development, setting the tone for the evening’s celebrations.

Highlighting the commitment to academic excellence, Mrs. Anitha Radhakrishnan, the Secretary of the Institutions, shared details about the competitive exams conducted by the school, emphasizing the holistic approach to education. The event honored students who achieved top scores and awarded certificates, showcasing their dedication and hard work. Mrs. Indhra, the coordinator for grades 1, 2, and 3, expressed gratitude and initiated the cultural events, where students from various backgrounds came together to share their heritage and talents on stage.

The cultural extravaganza featured a diverse array of performances, including captivating dance routines inspired by different cultural traditions. The students’ enthusiasm for performing skits left a positive impact on the audience, inspiring them in various ways. Additionally, students showcased their talents in number drawing, proverbs, fancy dress representing 10 states, yoga, and rhymes. As the cultural event came to a close, the sense of unity and celebration lingered in the air, culminating in the singing of the National Anthem by the students.
