A Glorious Celebration of 51st Annual Day and Academic Excellence
Vivekananda Matric Hr. Sec School, Sirkali, radiated with joy and achievement during its 51st Annual Day on January 10, 2024. The distinguished Chief Guest, Mrs. V. Hemalatha, Commissioner of Sirkali Municipality, added grace to the occasion. The event, starting at 1:00 p.m., unfolded with Mr. Joshua Prabakar Singh, Senior Principal of VMHSS, delivering an inspiring commencement speech. Mr. K.V. Radhakrishnan, Chairman of Vivekananda & Good Samaritan Group of Institutions, shared thoughtful messages, emphasizing the school’s commitment to holistic education. Mrs. Anitha Radhakrishnan, Secretary, introduced the chief guest with her innate inspiration.
The Chief Guest graced the gathering with her words on this auspicious occasion. The trio of the Chairman, Secretary, and Chief Guest awarded certificates to the staff achieving centum results in the 2023 public examinations. Students securing centum were honored with cash prizes. Noteworthy distinctions were celebrated with special cash prizes for district and Taluk rank holders. The students then enchanted the audience with captivating dances, melodious songs, and entertaining drama performances.
After three hours of spectacular showcases by the students, the program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks proposed by Mrs. Saroja Damodaran, Matric Principal of VMHSS. The day was a testament to the school’s commitment to academic excellence, holistic development, and the joy of collective achievement.
