53rd Annual Day Celebration 2025–26 – Std I, II & III
The 53rd Annual Day Celebration (2025–26) for Std I, II and III of Vivekananda Matriculation Higher Secondary School and Good Samaritan Nursery and Primary School, Sirkali was held on 07 March 2026 (Saturday) at 10:00 a.m. at the Oasis Auditorium (A/C). The event was celebrated with great joy, enthusiasm and vibrant participation from students, teachers and parents.
Cheerful Beginning with a Welcome Performance
The celebration began with a Greeting Performance (Welcome Dance) by the students, creating a joyful atmosphere and seeking divine blessings for the success of the programme.
Chief Guest Graces the Celebration
The event was graced by Dr. Janani Sakkarapani, MBBS, MS(OG), DNB, a proud alumna of the institution. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Madras Medical College (MMC), Chennai, and serves as a Consultant at Kavery Hospital, Alwarpet, Orthomed Hospital and Women’s Care Clinic, Mylapore.

The Chief Guest was warmly welcomed and honoured by Mr. K. V. Radhakrishnan, Chairman of Vivekananda & Good Samaritan Group of Educational Institutions, and Mrs. Anitha Radhakrishnan, Secretary. They conveyed their heartfelt wishes and encouragement to the students.
Young Stars Shine on Stage with Vibrant Cultural Performances
The young learners of Std I, II and III captivated the audience with a colourful and energetic cultural programme that showcased their creativity, confidence and enthusiasm. The stage came alive with a variety of performances including the graceful Greeting Performance (Welcome Dance), the lively From Roots to Riot (Old to New Dance), and the charming Persona Parade (Fancy Dress). Students also delighted the audience with performances such as Dreams Take Flight (Wishes to Wings Dance), Elastic Echoes (Dance Vibes) and the thought-provoking Wave of Survival – Save Water (English Drama). The programme further featured Sea Gypsy (Fisherman Dance), Ancient Pulse – Artham Mariya Pazhamozhigal (Tamil Drama), Mirror Move (Twins Programme), Western Beats Extravaganza (Western Dance), Fuel the Fire (Motivational Dance) and Pride of the Nation (Symbols of India Dance). Each performance reflected the innocence, energy and remarkable talents of the young students, filling the auditorium with joy, colour and enthusiastic applause.
